Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc. has purchased 200,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.30 per unit in the private placement. Each unit consisted of a common share and a full warrant exercisable at $0.40 until June 3, 2012. The 200,000 shares we (Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc.) have purchased and any shares to be issued as a result of the exercise of the 200,000 warrants are restricted until October 4, 2010. The warrants provide for an earlier expiry date of 30 days from the date of a news release advising that the closing price of Cache has been a minimum of $0.50 for 10 consecutive trading days starting after October 3, 2010. We have been paid by a third party to the company, Power Media Corp. At the time our first research report was written and distributed on Argentex (January 15th 2010) we did not own a single share in the company. After our research report on Argentex was released to all of PinnacleDigest.com's subscribers we purchased shares in Argentex Mining and we intended to sell every share we purchased for our own profit. Since our coverage began on Argentex we bought shares in the company but have since sold our entire position in the company. The company (Houston Lake Mining Inc.) has paid for this service. The service includes but is not limited to the creation and distribution of reports written by PinnacleDigest.com. Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc. (owner of PinnacleDigest.com) owns shares of Houston Lake Mining. We owned shares of Houston Lake Mining before our coverage began on the company. We have sold some shares in Houston Lake Mining after our advertisement coverage began on June 5, 2009, but maintain a stock position in the company. Online marketing services include, but are not limited to the creation and distribution of reports on the company. Pinnacle Digest and its affiliates  purchased 62,500 units of Natcore Technology at $0.40 through the Company's previously announced private placement (we have sold all of those shares ). Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one warrant ("Warrants") for the purchase of a further common share at $0.75 until August 31, 2011 (We have excercised all of our warrants). The Warrants will be subject to forcible conversion within 30 days of delivery of notice from Natcore, in the event the shares of Natcore close at over $1.50 for 20 consecutive trading days. Since our coverage began on Natcore Technology on October 23rd, 2009 we have bought shares in the company on the open market and sold shares for our own profit. We currently own shares in Natcore Technology. We may purchase more shares of Natcore Technology on the open market, without notice to our subscribers, and intend to sell every share we purchase for our own profit. Online marketing services include but are not limited to the creation and distribution of reports written by PinnacleDigest.com featuring Valdor Technology. PinnacleDigest.com and its affiliates purchased one hundred twenty-five thousand common shares of Valdor Technology International through the company's private placement at $0.10 per Unit. The units were subject to a four month hold period but are now free trading ( we have sold all of those shares purchased in the private placement). Each Unit is comprised of one common share of Valdor and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant allowed us to purchase one additional common share of Valdor at a price of $0.125 per share. We have excercised all of our warrants in Valdor Technology International at $0.125 and sold each one. We may purchase more shares in Valdor Technology without notice to our subscribers. We participated in Valdor Technology's private placement at $0.25 and purchased 50,000 units which are now free trading. We have sold all of those shares. Each Unit consisted of one common share of Valdor and one non-transferable two year share purchase warrant. We have been paid by a third party to the company, Strand Group Ltd. The advertisement coverage includes but is not limited to the creation and distribution of reports written by PinnacleDigest.com about Edge Resources. PinnacleDigest.com has bought and sold shares in Edge Resources before and after our advertisement coverage began on the company. We currently do not own any shares in the company but may purchase shares in the company on the open market without notice to our subscribers.  We may sell any shares we decide to purchase in the future without notice to our subscribers. Duran Ventures : Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc., owner of PinnacleDigest.com, has been paid Canadian $60,000 plus gst by Duran Ventures Inc. to provide online marketing services for the company from May 2009 through December 2010. Online marketing services include but are not limited to the creation and distribution of reports on the company. Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc.(Pinnacle Digest) and its affiliates purchased three hundred thousand common shares of Duran Ventures Inc. at $0.10 through the company's previously announced private placement (we have now sold those shares). Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc. (Pinnacle Digest) and its affiliates  purchased six hundred thousand shares of Duran Ventures through the company's private placement at $.05 ( we have sold those shares). Since our coverage began on Duran Ventures we have bought shares in the company on the open market. Since our coverage began on Duran Ventures we have sold shares in Duran Ventures (some were purchased on the open market) and intend to sell every share we may own in the future for our own profit. We may sell shares in Duran Ventures without notice to our subscribers. We may buy more shares in Duran Ventures without notice to our subscribers. We currently do not own shares in Duran Ventures. We also had the right to excercise six hundred thousand warrants at a price of $0.10 after December 26, 2009 (we have excercised all of these warrants and sold all of them). We also own warrants at $0.15 (currently available to exercise) with an expiry date of April 17, 2011, or thirty days from the date of a news release announcing an earlier expiry date after the closing price of the common shares has been $0.25 or higher for ten consecutive trading days. Our warrants also give us the right to purchase additional common shares of Duran Ventures Inc. at an exercise price of $0.25 with an expiry date of April 17, 2011 or sixty days from the date of a news release announcing an earlier expiry date after the closing price of the common shares has been $0.40 or higher for ten consecutive trading days. OneMove Technologies : Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc., owner of PinnacleDigest.com, has been paid $21,500 plus gst for online advertisment coverage on OneMove Technologies Inc. by the company. Online advertisement services include but are not limited to the creation and distribution of reports on the company. OneMove Technologies Inc. has agreed to pay PinnacleDigest.com a monthly retainer of $2500 plus gst for six months, ending July 2009. We have received 275,000 shares of OneMove Technologies (from the company) restricted until November 14, 2009, for consulting services(we have now sold those shares). We have been paid $5,000 by a third party to the company to advertise OneMove Technologies Inc. on our website. We currently do not own shares of OneMove Technologies. We may buy and sell more shares of OneMove Technologies without notice to our subscribers.

Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc. employees and affiliates have been compensated 100,000 common shares of Hi Ho Silver by the CEO of the company for additional advertisement coverage. We have purchased 27,000 shares of Hi Ho Silver Resources through the company's private placement at a price of $0.55. each unit consists of one common share of the Company and one-half of one nontransferable share purchase warrant, whereby each whole warrant shall entitle the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.90 per share for a one year period following closing (the warrants have now expired and were never excercised by us). We no longer feature or work with Hi Ho Silver. We currently own shares of Hi Ho Silver and may sell every share we own without notice to our subscribers.

Premium Exploration: Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc., owner of PinnacleDigest.com, has been compensated $50,000 canadian dollars plus gst for online advertisment coverage on Premium Exploration Inc. by the company. The online advertisement coverage includes but is not limited to the creation and distribution
of reports authored by PinnacleDigest.com about Premium Exploration. We owned shares of Premium Exploration in the past but have since closed out our position and do not own any shares in the company. We may purchase more shares in Premium Exploration without notice to our subscribers.

Montello Resources: Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc., owner of PinnacleDigest.com, has been compensated CDN$82,500 plus gst for 30 months of online advertisement coverage on Montello Resources Ltd. by the company. The online advertisement coverage includes but is not limited to the creation and distribution

The online advertisement coverage includes but is not limited to the creation and distribution

Voyant International Corporation: We have been compensated $4500.00USD and 31,034 restricted shares of Voyant International by the company for online advertisement coverage. The restricted shares are now free trading but we have yet to sell a single share.
