Are any Members following Mahdia Gold MGD CNSX

Interesting stuff going on at Mahdia Gold, I normally don't play the CNSX and that goes double when I don't like management. Mahdia is verifying and hoping to expand the gold resource of their Omai mine formerly operated by CAMBIOR until a 1995 environmental accident from a break in a tailings dam combined with prevailing low prices at the time forced its closure. Gold exploration in Guyana is hot hot hot right now and with lots of infrastructure already in place and with the blessing of the Guyanese government this one has been a real sleeper. Management has been a tad lax in some of their filings and have dragged their feet in other areas. Enter John Reynolds, former Canadian government BIGWIG and just happens to be the father of the BIGWIG at Cannacord. Reynolds is now Co-Chair at Mahdia and I am sure making certain all T's are crossed and i's are dotted from here on in.Buying is coming in left,front and centre and everybody is in anticipation of a move to the TSX Venture once the NI4-101 report comes out. President Alan Zaakir seems to have ghosts from the past haunting him from a company he presided over called Aztec Resources. He actually, along with old sidekicks still control the board. Suddenly just as MGD stock announce positive news. A director of Aztec along with his alleged disbarred lawyer issue a news relr=ease that Aztec is suing MGD and Alan among others. Almost a case of Alan Zaafir suing Alan Zaafir. Speaking of due diligence. There is a lot to digest.
