Please don't consider my comments as pumping the stock and then again, maybe I am, so I will start with the negatives. By the way. in my career, I did a lot of public speaking and one lesson learned is to always start an inspirational speech on the positive and upbeat. but I will do the opposite here to avoid being classed a pumper. Here are the negatives. MANAGEMENT !! The lack of quality management immediately raises the CAUTION flag The weakness of the Chairman and CEO is having a reputation for putting his mouth in motion before putting his brain in gear resulting in his wrists being slapped more than once. The other negative is that this company does not trade on the TSX not even the TSX Venture but on the over the counter CNSX so you can completely rule out institutional investors and most retail investors for that matter, Now that the bad news is out of the way, what possibly could be the good news. Number I , because it is not on the venture the stock is dirt cheap and not on anyone's radar. Alan Zaakir, the man I just commented about, Chairman and CEO a dual Guyanese and Canadian citizen does have all the right connections political and otherwise or he wouldn't have gotten this prize property in the first place. Reading between the lines methinks, he will remain on the board for local political purposes but the shots will be called by a new bunch who will be putting their people in place and will be running the show.
