Galway 43-101 Finally Out!

This is for the California property which borders Ventana's (now known as AUX (Eike Batista) deposit.

Summary....

--> 1.1Moz at average grade of 5.46 g/tonne (using cut-off of 2.0g/tonne).

--> 40% higher grade than comparable Ventana (Ven had 3.5 inferred ounces).

--> 93-99% metallurgical recoveries.

--> Silver recoveries 86% to 97%.

--> VEN saw gold recoveries of 86% gold, 93% silver, 83% copper.

--> The strips that Galway owns in Ven mineralized body (now Eike's), weren't drilled.

--> VEN received ~$450 / inferred ounce in their 43-101 9 days after their 43-101 came out.

--> VEN received high premium because Eike knew more gold was there than was in the 43-101.

--> Gold ~27% higher now than when VEN was taken over.

--> California is at a lower elevation than VEN's deposit.

--> Eike already has infrastructure in place, meaning that he will be able to get more gold out of the ground than anyone else due to fixed costs already their for the VEN deposit.
