difficult to say what a bargain in the market. it may take a few months until we understand better what remains on some of the big stocks balance sheets after this mess.

Smartcard Marketing Systems Inc.(SMKG:PINKSHEETS) announced today that their Prepaid Card loading, Pin Debit and Payment processing volume increased in triple digits to $367,000 USD for the month of September 2008 over September 2007 and over last month, August 2008.
