Iverson I first bought on 8/19/2008. I took about a month checking them out before I bought. I bought more last month and I may be buying more before the year is over.

Iverson I am not sure, but know that there profits in this period ending August 31, 2008 were $1,076,000. And they remain a company free of debt and they expect this to continue.

SpongeTech(R) Delivery Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SPNG), "Americas Cleaning Company(TM)," is pleased to announce that we are raising our revenue projection from $35,000,000 to $40,000,000 for the fiscal year 2009 starting May 31, 2008. Since October 1, 2008 we have received new orders in excess of $5,000,000 for our Auto-Care and Pet-Care Products. Eighty percent (80%) of these new orders are from new customers with the balance "reorders" from existing customers. We will be announcing the names of the new clients in early November, as contractual provisions stipulate.

SpongeTech(R)'s COO, Steven Moskowitz, said, "I am very pleased with our new orders and extremely pleased with the acceptance of our product line in the marketplace. We are receiving 'tremendous interest' especially in our new Household Products and Child's Bath Product lines. Bluetreee the main aspect's I like are, they keep adding Products and there advertising and Marketing is out of this world which is putting there sales through the roof. And they remain a company free of debt and expect this to continue.

Dear Shareholders,

In spite of the difficulties in the economy and the recent turmoil in the financial markets, SpongeTech(R)SpongeTech(R) Delivery Systems, Inc., CEO, Michael L. Metter, Announces Second Quarter Update to Shareholderss prospects and financial position remain positive. Our first quarter results for the quarter ending August 31, 2008, released last week in SEC filing 10Q, showed sales of approximately $5,500,000 vs. sales of $64,000 in the corresponding period last fiscal year. Our profits in this period were $1,076,000 vs. a loss of ($10,261) in last year's fiscal first quarter.

Second Quarter and Full Fiscal Year Outlook:

We have passed the halfway point in our fiscal second quarter and we are projecting second quarter revenues in excess of $11,000,000 double over first quarter results. Profits for this period should correspond on a percentage basis to those of the first quarter. To date, we have received no order cancellations or shipment delays from any of our customers. Our order backlog remains strong and new orders received have out-paced shipments. We remain optimistic and confirm our earlier full year guidance for revenues in excess of $35,000,000.

Advertising and Promotion:

We are very pleased with the results of our advertising campaign. We have promoted our car care product line on sports shows and sporting events and the results have produced sales well above industry norms and standards for direct response spots. Our re-order rate, from previous customers, remains strong showing that our products are well received and are meeting customer acceptance and approval. We have recently announced our sponsorship of other sports teams and will continue these efforts in the future.

We have also received tremendous sales results due to our marketing efforts on the Howard Stern Show on satellite radio. Our new web site, www.spongetech.com, is now completed and running and we are pleased at the initial "hits" and sales now being generated.

Financial Position:

Our balance sheet has improved and our cash and inventory positions are adequate for our current needs. We remain a company free of debt and expect this to continue.

New Products:

Our ultimate goal is to truly become "America's Cleaning Company(TM)." The most exciting and promising part of our business remains the introduction and acceptance of our full line of products, which includes Pet Care, Children's Bath Products, Household Cleaners, and Cosmetic and Pharma.

Our Pet Care Division has shown good sales and great promise since its recent product introduction. We are expecting to announce this quarter orders from America's leading retail chains in the pet supply business. We are close to receiving major sponsorship and endorsements from some of the leading pet owners associations and clubs.

Children's Bath Products:

Our market research tells us that labeling children's bath products using children's TV and video characters will increase sales seven-fold. To this end, we expect to announce in the near future royalty agreements and collaborations with some of the country's major companies representing children's well-known characters in the near future. Our children's products are being produced using only the best quality, approved antibacterial soaps manufactured by our nation's most prominent and trusted companies.

Household Cleaning:

Our household products are in production and we are completing packaging details prior to initial shipment. We are in serious negotiations and have completed final testing with a major company well known in household cleaning. They would license our delivery system and infuse our sponge with their well-known cleaning brands. Their products would be shipped to major grocery retailers using their existing shelf space. We are hopeful that these negotiations will be successful, however there is no assurance that this event will occur. In any case, we will retain the right to market our household cleaning products using our own brand names.

Research and Development:

We have recognized many uses for our patented "delivery system." We are spending in excess of $500,000 to identify these uses. We are working with well-known companies in the "suntan lotion" and skin care industries. This is truly a huge and interesting opportunity. We are also in discussions with a major pharmaceutical company to use our delivery system with their "derma" products.
