The last shoe to drop in 2008?

Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) will announce their 4th Quarter results tomorrow and its widely expected that they will report a quarterly loss...their first ever as a public company and another end of an era to add to the already long list of firsts in 2008.

Seems that the strong rally that equities saw towards the last week of November through first week of December is over. Wall streets bad news is again dominating global financial websites.

Tomorrows Goldman news should send financial stocks in a tailspin, a free fall that every Vulture Alert subscriber and Pinnacle Digest member should take advantage of in the coming weeks. US financials could see fire sales again based on the reporting of quarterly results during a terrible time in economy and banking sector. Could we see a new low in the DOW Financials ETF (NYSE: UYG)??? Possibly, and this could provide a great buying opportunity for a recovery over the subsequent 12 to 18 months.

So, will this be the last gasp of 2008? Or will we have another lump of coal awaiting us before the end of this shorters dream of a year???

Thanks,
