I have seen this Austin private placement and im not sure how it will play out...I wont applaud till the fat lady sings with austin if u know what i mean.

Absolutely, hopefully this is a positive light at the end of the tunnel. I project December to late Febuary timeline for the finish. If positive production and upturn in revenues along with pp hasnt occured by then............. In regards to postings on other boards in regards to management, MHO is that they are unfounded. I believe that we are in for a long haul so hang in thier longs ...we have came this far if your sweating a .25 play average down is my sugestion as i have done not once but three times bringing me in the grass. Plenty of other stocks are out thier...I've recently run some shares in VOYANT International, maybe you guys should check them out real soon. I would enjoy the feedback from fellow MEO holders in regards to VOYT. A couple of other companies will keep our minds occupied and hopefully refill the coffers in the meantime.

austin has just announced a privateplacement, money could be getting pooled as we speak.maybe just maybe things are beginning to move in the right direction, just hope meos pp and nexgens fundraising all happen smoothly. in aint spending the money thats hard folks, its finding the lenders/investors in this current market. hopefully this will be the last time we go begging for cash and giviing up so much in shares.jmho.

I think he was FISH. We are in a transition phase, no question about it. The closing of the financing and any type of break through will change this stocks mindset V

my thoughts are along the same lines palmdesert. things could definitly happen faster but wont when your counting on them, sort of like the old saying ' a watched pot never boils" you take your eyes off it and go do something else and voila its boiling.i figured if i expect too much i will get too little. when it comes it comes. it would be a real nice xmas present to have it at 1.00.jmho.

I think it will be some time before we have news. Financing will be closed and then drills will be going hard!!! I'm hoping for early november..

I think the price will settle right around where they are trying to get the financing. It usually does and from there we will hope for the goodies.

Good Morning,
Questions as to resources and value of same have recently been posted. MEO was granted and has a "tight-hole" designation on the properties in Morgan County TN. I believe at this juncture no one really knows the projected value of the resources exactly down hole because there is much work to be done first. This IMO has enabled MEO time to attempt to gather the necessary funds, equipment, and technical field expertise to prove up the resources.
All publicly traded Canadian oil and gas companies conform to National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas. Below is a web-site that has the most recent updates to 51-101 dated December 28, 2007. Very informative as to what a comapny can and cannot disclose and the protocols envolved.
