Permitting is an interesting process.
Bema had BG fully permitted in the 92 - FULLY - I mean environmental, everything. What has happened since then is gold took a dive and the project was put on hold. In that span of time, environmental and other laws ? regulations have changed and therefore the permitting needs to be updated. The fact that is once already given a go once before is HUGE as only one in 1000 properties ever go into production. Second, the time frame ususally takes 7 - 10 years. Here you have a scenario of the project coming into the PEM portfolio in Q4-07 and could be done by 2010! There is no one else out there doing this. I can not promise that the project will go... the world could fall apart tomorrow, hwever considering everything it has in it's favor we have a better chance than everyone else. And I beleive this team can do it - they did it before.

As a side bar, the stock hit a low of .30 U.S. and right after the news release it had a big increase in volume and jumped back up to .44 U.S. (ONSM).

I posted earlier that you have to input the website into google to get it to work. I am involved in another stock and it too is getting beaten down lately. The company just put out a news release saying that everything was great, that there was nothing wrong with the company, the fundamentals are the same and they would meet all their goals and objectives for 08 & 09. Sometimes we shareholders need reassurance. Just a suggestion if anyone is listening.

Thank you for the Richmond Club link I can't seem to get it to work. Who are the other four companies to attend the presentation? It's always nice to know the competition before going in.

A Rush I would take that to mean they won't be permitted until 2010? Is this sort of a formality or could it be denied?

I couldn't complete the link from the webiste that I just posted so I had to google it. I note that October 8th that there are four companies scheduled to make presentations. The Richmond Club has very interesting criteria in regard to the companies that they promote.

On the "PLUS" side I have been looking for some postive news. I notice under the heading of INVESTORS on Premiums' website, that there is a talk that the President gave to the Richmond club on May 7, 2007 and it is 22 minutes 2 seconds long. I note that the President is scheduled to speak at the Richmond Club in Toronto on October 8th, 2008. His talk is scheduled between 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. TT says that our President is a really smart man and I will take his word for that. So on a "POSITIVE NOTE", I do not think that he would be giving a speech that is scheduled to last for 1 hour and 45 minutes if he did not have some good news. If it was a good deal in the .30's then it is one hell of a deal in the low .20's I smell a turn around in the near future. Good luck to everyone.

Good Morning. I really don't have anything to say except that I wanted to change the topic heading. I was getting tired of the old one. CHROME MOUNTAIN - RHODIUM - PLATINUM seemed more suitable to the discussion. Most people dread Mondays but I can hardly wait until tomorrow.
