All good. Russia is learning the hard way they can't invade countries and the Uke gov't has announced they'll not only be the BIG customer for their home-grown coal, they'll pay more for it.
The pres for LYM is going to London to finalize the deal at the end of this month and will come back with the NI 43-101.
And the news as to what is in the JORC document is leaking out....so they'd better hurry. It's becoming known that there are 76 million tonnes of anthracite that is mine-ready and more to count. So they'd better hurry it up or they'll be getting heat from the exchange soon.

Yes. I just read an informative article by Sabina Kawadzki on doing biz in Ukraine. Let's us know there is risk, but the upside is huge - but still less risky than trying to get something going in mining in BC, Canada.

Not as long as you might think. As to the next financing, I do not think there will be any point in even trying to get in line. I think when the tech document is made public, you'll understand. The line will probably form in London and might possibly end there as well.
