No virtually impossible. The TSX updates their declared short list but it is always out of date by the time it is published. Also there are no such rules in Germany that I am aware of except that is was illegal to short period until yesterday when the temporary ban was lifted. In other words if you find a reliable way to find out shorts let me know you often have to go by your intuition and watching strange unorthodox bids or houses that normally wouldnt be in your market.

Mr. Fisher you mentioned it might be a short position that brought the stock up some. Is there a way for us to find out how many people are shorting the stock?

Honestly your guess is as good as mine! I have some friends who run quality companies that should be trading hingher and I am not afraid to name them, one being "ADI" Adriana Resoures and the other being TTM Resources, `TTQ`the symbols. These are quality companies and should be bought, mind you just my opinion!!!!

The bid and the share price are almost a 70% difference. I wonder when any liquidity will come back to these juniors??

Aye Fred, I believe quincy is referring to the new Pinnacle feature or rating a company as a buy, hold, or sell. When you log on to Pinnacle it is in the right hand column, and when you enter a companies symbol, you can place your vote
