That will change when a higher listing is achieved. Right now the company is not interested in promtoing stock from the looks of it which isn't a bad thing.

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- (Marketwire) -- 11/13/08 -- Smartcard Marketing Systems Inc.(PINKSHEETS: SMKG) CEO Massimo Barone Stated" Clients using the Payment remittance services of Velocitymoney.com such as Pin debit online, Bill pay and Email pay attained a new weekend high of 1600 transactions. We are also averaging 300 to 340 daily transactions up from a 200 average the previous month and continue to integrate new merchants and consumers weekly which will create continued dramatic growth.
The initial target for this segment of our business is to achieve 1000 daily transactions and 2500 to 4000 weekend transactions by the end of 1st quarter 2009. This is significant because we generate revenues from transactions which are an additional source of business for SmartCard Marketing Systems Inc.(PINKSHEETS: SMKG). Not quite a buy signal yet. I really strongly believe that a higher liting is the only way this stock will get teh credit it deserves from investors and financers.
