I think that was a positive step, 4 million shares is nothing at this point. Some announced contracts would really give these guys some legitimacy and staying power.

Now that they've resolved in the Innergy purchase by just issuing 4 Million more shares, I think that the final uncertainty lies in completing Minit Charger purchase. It's going to be a little more difficult to get through that with little to no dilution - we'll see what happens there.

I think that afterward this company will be free to pick up steam, probably after the New Years.

Yes I saw that Vuki. I really believe it is just the markets and with some good news (gov spending, or contracts) we could see a serious move up in my opinion.

I think that the 10Q was pretty solid. They maintained the same revenue even though the economy took a nosedive.

It's funny how much people are talking about Ford and GM of late. It seems every chat board is even if it has nothing to do with auto makers. Anyway, this one does and yes, I think it will pay dividends because we all know Obama is bailing out Ford and from there ford will go to fuekl efficient cars instead of these mamoth machins they seem to love.

I think that it could potentially be a problem if that is the only contact that they have.

I also think that it could be a potential opportunity since there is added pressure on Ford and the other US automakers to innovate and to create new products.

Vuki the gentlemen I spoke with from eTec had told me that they were aligned very strongly with Ford. All of the test vehicles were Ford's, could this be a problem I wonder..
