He will only feel embarrassed if this hits the press. And it should by all means. Thats when the people who he deals with, in his circle will reallly find out the "Real Rudy". Notice his silence during this whole ordeal. What a shameful act.

Yes, Gorudy seems very determined to get this lawsuit going. The SEC should have set an example for Rudy Ruettiger for the fraud that has taken place here. High profile name, why wasn't there more action taken by the SEC here. Rudy has defrauded all of us and he's walking away with our money. I will join any class-action lawsuit against Rudy N utrition. A crime like this should never go unnoticed.

spacey24, The only thing I feel like pushing is RUDIES FACE IN THE GROUND. Take a look at INVESTER HUB. There is a guy that goes by the name GORUDY who is going to get a class action suit going check it out.

This is one of the worst mistakes I have ever made in the market. I hope I can recoup my loss another way. I have to move on. It is very difficult and disappointing.
