A shout out to Aztec. People like you willing to share your knowledge and insight are a blessing to all of us. I hope you understand that most of us were in too deep and eventually would have suffered hugh loses anyway. That's why there was so much negativity headed in your direction. We didn't want to hear it because of stubborness and pride. I have learned a great lesson, that pride is an evil thing and can blind you to reality. I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive us bashers and not let it keep you from sharing your DD in the future. Getting schooled on this stock really stings. I am up for a trip to Vegas also to vent some frustration and to shine a lite on Rudy and his cohorts. Shame on him!

gorudy, Networksolutions.com is a nice website host...and pretty cheap. It is what i have used in the past for my charity projects. I wish you luck ....by the way...whatever happened to all those Accupoll investors...bet they are pissed too.

So Google has eliminated all details on RUNU. I got an email from the folks at Rudy Nutrition earlier today:
"Thank you for your patience. At this time, RUDN is not trading. Marshall Holdings International, Inc. ticker symbol MHLI.OB has announced their Intent to Merge with Rudy Nutrition. This information was released by MHLI on Friday November 14, 2008 via their 8K: http://biz.yahoo.com/e/081114/mhli.ob8-k.html and today November 17, 2008 via their press release: http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/081117/0452932.html. As Marshall Holdings completes their due dilligence, they reported they will announce the share transaction for the merger. Rudy Nutrition anticipates updating their web site with the latest information very shortly. If you have any additional questions, you may contact Jamy Plant, CFO of Marshall Holdings International, Inc. Mr. Plant can be reached at (801) 973-8855. Again, thank you for your patience. Rudy has been working hard for several months to resolve all matters for investors and the company."
I haven't seen any details about how many shares of MHLI that I will get in exchange for my RUNU (formerly held as RUDN). I don't know much about MHLI. Anyone have any thoughts to share?

Aztec, I will be the first to apologize, you were right, I was wrong. You did your homework, and I got caught up in a scam. Besides that, the CEO is responsible for the company, and he should be liable to his shareholders. IMHO, he has committed fraud. He is a high profile figure, who deserves to go to prison. GL to you and your future investments.

I only wish you guys would have listened back in august, everybody called me a basher and a downer here at this site when I only wanted to have the best interest of my fellow investors in mind. If you guys want some ammo about all of the connections going back to 2002 look into some of my old postings. To be honest, Im not sure if daniel ruttliger has been complicent in this, I never implied that. The fact is he could have been duped along with the investors by these caracters associated with Accupoll, if he is smart he'll at least claim that. I hate to say I told you so guys,right now thats the last thing you need. Ultimately I have been frustrated at the accusations from you guys and have persevered at attempting to get the word out. Iverson....I hope you got out all right I sent my warning to you personnaly. I think I deserve an apology at least.

Well, It looks like our fears are now reality. I have to say I hope you all join me to protest where ever Rudy goes and speaks. I will bring the signs, horns and donuts. Just show up. Also I am in constant contact with my attorney. Rudy has broken the Corp Vail so many times. I am looking forward to getting a judgment against his house car or and Juice line income. I bought 5 million shares now I have 1.250 Million shares that I can't even get a cup of coffee with. I lost over 50k in this stock. I'm pissed. I don't mind spending another 50k just to get even.
We are done. We got it in the rear. Now its time to fight.
I am currently working on a website. This will be updated every day as to where he is speaking and all this BS that happened to us will be on the web page. I will hand out Biz cards to all his attendee's. We are protect under freedom of speech. As long as we state truth. I hope you all put you two cents in as to how much money and time Rudy s@#$%^d you over on. This website will go active soon. I am doing this out of my pocket. So if anyone has or knows of some good cheap printers for biz cards let me know BADRUDY.COM

I have a huge war chest of tools and there all protected under freedom of speech. As long as we only state facts that can be proven we are ok at telling the world about what Rudy Nutrition did and how the name "Rudy" is associated with Rudy Nutrition.

I am one pissed off investor I live in San Diego and all up for a Vegas Run. I even have photos of Rudy adding on to his house. Yes almost twice the size. All this in our face as his stock gets delisted WOW
