Re: Buzz Technologies Inc (OTC:BZTG):

Iverson, During the Obama presidency, expect to see the stock jump some. He is all for alternative energy. Technology is very relative to this, in that energy conservation requires new technologies. Including internet based. And like Redroadster previously posted, their are pools of investors, whether individuals, and or venture capitalists, that are waiting to pounce on the earliest opportunity to invest in technologies. So people, our day with Buzz Technologies is yet to come. Buy more and now, if you can.

Re: unions

Correction: Concerning Collective Bargaining:

It is not in the constitution nor the amendments. Rather, congress by power of the constitution, inacted the National Labor Relations Act,(NLRA).

"The main body of law governing collective bargaining is the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). It explicitly grants employees the right to collectively bargain and join trade unions. The NLRA was originally enacted by Congress in 1935 under its power to regulate interstate commerce. See, U.S. Constitution Art. I, Section 8. It applies to most private non-agricultural employees and employers engaged in some aspect of interstate commerce. Decisions and regulations of the National Labor Relations Board, which was established by the NLRA, greatly supplement and define the provisions of the act."
