GUESS WHAT ? Me and mine own a boat load of GBVS shares and I'm delegated to check on them and what is happening to the company. Sooooo, I do some d/d and discover that this NEVER HAPPENED, GBVS NEVER GOT THEIR CASH OR CONVERTABLE STOCK AS INDICATED.

I checked really, really good too.

Anybody have a word for this ? Lets make a list of what you would call that.

has any one heard how this transfer will work. i am new so i have gug as much as i can. i am most likley miss alot. they already took my shares so i have a big zero there but i was not sure if they were going to show up as mhli or rudn again or just a bad a$$ punch. don't have many resources over here in iraq.

Trent1982. First of all thank you for serving our country and protecting us. I beleive the way it should look is that although our Rudn shares and balances have disaappeared they should be replaced by Mhli shares.I too show a zero balance in my scottrade account. If you have been following this forum you probabaly know that a lot of us have taken large financial loses with little channce of recovering our investments. It looks as though we were played by Rudy and his enterprise. To catch up on whats been going on reference blogs back a few months especially those by Aztec. He enlightened us to what was going on with some history of this company. We all have been left with a bad taste in our mouths and upset stomachs. Godspeed to you and your friends in Iraq.

I haven't seen any details about how many shares of MHLI that I will get in exchange for my RUNU (formerly held as RUDN). I don't know much about MHLI. Anyone have any thoughts to share?

[/quote] Spacey , most of the other forums and this one are tossing around these numbers. Rudy doing a reverse split at 7500 to 1. Whatever Rudy shares you have left will be replaced by 15 Restricted Marshall shares. What I haven't seen anywhere is the type of restrictions placed on the new Marshall shares. The SEC filing says that Marshall currently has only 1,000 common shares authorized and outstanding. They plan on replacing all the Rudy shares after the 7500 to 1 reverse split with 10million new Marshall shares. Marshall stock Mhli trading at .04 per share after the 10mil additional shares it would seem that they would end up even more diluted.
