Essentially yes. Voyant Wireless includes the White Space technology and potentially other technologies as well.

ya don't forget they tske compensation in stock. Better than a salary off the bottom line and it also shows they believe in the company. And if it was for compensation I highly doubt they are the ones selling.

I don't know. I haven't done a deep read of the 10Q which I will do very soon.
Right now, I assume it has something to do with the employee compensation.

There were 148 Million shares outstanding over the past quarter. Now that figure stands at 156.3 Million. That means they issued more shares, diluting the current value of all the shares.

I'm not very happy about the continued dilution of the shares. It must be a key driver of why the price has fallen lately considering that most of the fundamentals remain the same.
The 10Q wasn't stunning either.
