Imperial Wireless founder, Val Westergard has been an innovator in fixed and mobile wireless networks, satellite and antenna technologies, security, computer systems, audio/video, multi-media, wireless Internet and telephone industries for over thirty years. His contribution and applications involving computers, wired and wireless networks, the Internet, visual presentation, electronic advertising, software and hardware development; have been an inspiring benefit to millions. He played a key role in the inception and development of software presentation applications now being used in over a hundred thousand businesses, churches and schools worldwide. Mr. Westergard was a co-founder of one of the first portable and in-vehicle, voice-activated, mobile, navigation and communication computer systems. Mr. Westergard has created, founded, partnered, operated and contributed to many other successful business ventures.

Lino Morris – President of Technology Development
Lino G. Morris, a globally recognized leader, brings over 40 years of telecommunications experience to MediaG3.
In 1996 he founded a group of companies that provide neutral technology and switching center services and products for telecommunications operations and facilities. Initially based out of Miami, he then expanded this revolutionary integration of facilities to centers in New York, N.J. and London with hundreds of carriers and users hosted and serviced from around the world.
Mr. Morris comes on board with a strong Executive and Director history, a highly regarded reputation as a leading designer and developer of innovative switching and telecommunications technologies, and valuable affiliations worldwide.
CEO, inZon Communications, Inc.
Serving the private and public sectors for over 40 years, Lino Morris is a much-trusted name in both telecommunications and technology around the world. He was the founder and CEO from 1996 until 2005 of the WorldHub group of companies which provided unique, neutral, public technology and switching center services and products for a full range of telecommunications operations and facilities both domestically and internationally, where hundreds of carriers and users are served. "Lino", as he is known around the world, started from a base in Miami and expanded to operating facilities in New York and London, which served as a hub for over a hundred countries.
Since transferring his interests in WorldHub to a large television, ISP and telecommunications group, Lino has also served as Director of Exchange Services for Interoute, a large European group that owns the largest and newest fiber network in Europe, covering some 300 locations in 16 countries. Mr. Morris was also a partner in a USA group that owns 131 communication towers in 22 states.
Lino was also the founder and CEO of the Communication Sciences Group, which designed, built and installed over a hundred communications switching and other systems in dozens of countries around the world. With a long history in communications, Lino was the author of the 1984 Master Plan to standardize and computerize all of the MODA medical facilities for the country of Saudi Arabia. Lino then was the CEO of Medical Sciences Ltd, which pioneered the successful development of a series of award-winning, patented technologies that provided a major breakthrough in medical monitoring, computerization and communication of medical data.
Lino was the Founder and first Administrative Director of the Comprehensive Medical Education Program for the University of Miami’s School of Medicine for the Middle East, co-sponsored by the Ministry of Health of Kuwait. Morris also, as the Director and Prime Contractor, designed and built the Central Agricultural Teaching Facility and Testing Laboratory for the Governor of Hi’al and he built a number of facilities in Sharjah, Switzerland, Brasil, England, France, Mexico as well as the USA.
Lino was the CEO of Engineering Sciences, which designed and manufactured hundreds of large specialty and mobile communication units for use throughout the Middle East, Central & South America and USA. Starting in the 1970’s with a stealth communications unit for the president of a Central American country, these projects grew from winning the contract to design and build all of the new medical and safety equipment for Honduras through to providing mobile hospital, surgical and communications units from a range of countries from Kuwait to Columbia.
Lino also served as a Science Correspondent at Cape Kennedy from the early days of the missile program, covering the first sub-orbital shots through the Moon launchings and provided science analysis services to the broadcast communications industry. He was an original member of the Missile, Space & Range Pioneers and dozens of other scientific, medical and technical organizations from the New York Academy of Sciences to the Royal Society of Health. His work includes a number of articles and hundreds of radio and TV broadcasts on science issues, and he has received a number of awards for his work.
Mr. Morris, who is held in extremely high regard as a leading designer and developer of innovative telecommunications, switching, technology, computer and specialty products and services, will be based at the Company’s executive offices in Delray Beach.
inZon Corporation is a Global Media and Communications company dedicated to acquiring and consolidating video, voice and data providers with solid earnings and subscribers base. inZon then provides significant value added resources and technologies to these companies to create a unique "triple play & quad play" solutions for the cable, broadband and telephone segregated markets and bringing along higher bottom line results.
The company operates from executive offices in Delray Beach, Florida, and maintains redundant telecom equipment installations at its executive offices as well as at facilities at 60 Hudson Street, in New York, with fully redundant switching systems for international operations in London.
David Boon – President Wireless Broadband Division
David Boon brings over 30 years of technical, sales, marketing and administrative management in the telecommunications and technology industries.
Mr. Boon’s experience in mergers and acquisitions and practical application for an array of technologies and market strategies, make him a logical choice. MediaG3 will benefit from his experience and extensive network of contacts.
David Boon serves as President of Wireless Broadband Division of MediaG3, Inc. Mr. Boon was a Co-Founder of Micel Wireless Corp. and served as its President. He was also Co-Founder of B-Quad Communications and served as its Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Boon has been working with companies involved in network development in South America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Boon has over 30 years of broad-based experience, with a strong start-up focus, in technical sales, marketing ... and administrative management in the telecommunications and technology industry. Mr. Boon's experience in mergers and acquisitions and practical application for an array of technologies and market strategies. He served as a Director and/or executive of several companies that specialize in broadband wireless, WiFi, WiMax telecommunications product distribution, development and system integration plus carrier operations and services. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of MediaG3, Inc. Mr. Boon served as Member of the Board of Advisors of Unilava Corporation (also known as Telava Networks, Inc.). since February 2008.
Ray Powers – President Operations – Tower Network Group
Ray Powers, has over 40 years of progressive technology and business leadership experience.
His career began with 30 years at AT&T and US West, followed by a number of non-regulated companies through IPO entrepreneurial environments.
Mr. Powers served as the President and CEO of the original International Communications Group Inc., (ICG), which provided telecommunications, technology management and project management consulting. ICG was a microwave back-haul wholesale carrier that owned or controlled nearly 650 towers and Points of Presence throughout the United States. Mr. Powers brings a career packed with notable positions of authority and leadership in the telecommunications industry, as well as relationships he has established over the years that should prove very valuable to Media G3 in this next development stage.
Ray T. Powers, PhD. has been a Vice President of Transnational Financial Network, Inc. since 2006. Dr. Powers has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Corban Networks, Inc. since September 2004. He serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Skyway Communications Holding Corp. and Telava Wireless, Inc. Dr. Powers serves as President of Operations - Tower Network Group at MediaG3, Inc. and also serves as its Member of Advisory Board. He served ... as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Telava Networks, Inc. (alternate name Unilava Corporation) and also served as its Vice President since 2006. He served as Executive Vice President of Telava Networks, Inc. (US) until March 12, 2009. Dr. Powers has over 40 years of progressive technology and business leadership experience beginning with 30 years at AT&T/US West, followed by accomplishments in non-regulated companies and start-up through IPO entrepreneurial environments. He had extensive involvement with the Project Management Institute (PMI), served as the Director of Standards for the Institute, and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He has been a Director at Xcellink International Inc. since October 2009. He serves as a Director of Strategic Alliance Enterprises, Inc., Competitive Companies, Inc., and the Executive Initiative Institute, Inc. He serves as Director of Wilshire Inter-Group Inc. He has been a Director of MediaG3, Inc. since May 11, 2009. He served as a Director of Skyway Communications Holding Corp. from April 24, 2005 to April 28, 2005. He is also an adjunct professor for graduate level programs including MBA degrees at Keller Graduate School of Management, the University of Phoenix, and Ashford University. He is a Member on the University of Phoenix Advisory Board. Dr. Powers studied Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Arizona State University, an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Doctorate Degree in Education specializing in Leadership and Technology Convergence.

Xcellink International Inc. focuses on developing and marketing advanced platform-independent customer-centric payment systems and methodologies. Wytec, Incorporated was a California corporation that emerged from a 20 year old communications research company in 1995 for the purpose of transitioning some of its exotic technology into the commercial marketplace. Ed Steinback, has over 25 years experience in accounting, business management and advisory services, leading a wide-array of successful audits, due diligence programs and restructuring of accounting departments for both privately-held and publicly traded companies in a myriad of industries.
Mr. Steinback will oversee, manage and report all accounting, financial, and compliance requirements to maintain financially current, fully-reporting SEC filing status for MediaG3. Further, Mr. Steinback will also manage other financial responsibilities as they relate to capital raises, debt funding considerations and merger and acquisition activities.
The Hidden Treasure: Pete Peterson
Pete Peterson founded CyberDyne in 1977. Dr. Peterson has over 30 years experience in software design and architecture. Among Dr. Peterson's notable accomplishments are the design and development of the first commercially available microprocessor based computer in 1977. During 1979 through 1986 Dr. Peterson conducted research in the design and computerization of Electro-Acupuncture diagnostic equipment. The Acupath-1000, first delivered to the French Academy of Sciences ... in 1980, represented his pioneering of the first commercially utilized 3.5 inch floppy disk drive. His revolutionary design was also the first computer equipped with a built in printer, a 16 segment character display, a built in operating system, and 3 built in high level programming languages. His computer design preceded the official release of the Apple One by 2 years, the Commodore Pet by 2 years, and the introduction of the Radio-Shack TRS-80 by 3 years. Since the early 1970s, Dr. Peterson developed substantial manufacturing, scientific, and business relationships internationally while working for firms in Taiwan, Mainland China, Russia, the Ukraine, and Hong Kong, to name just a few. Simultaneously, while establishing worldwide international relationships, Dr. Peterson worked with numerous U.S. Governmental Agencies by acquiring and providing intelligence data. Among his extensive accomplishments, Dr. Peterson has served as a highly valued advisor and consultant to various companies such as in the areas of voice recognition technology, relational data base design, computerized hardware, and software graphics. He serves as a Director of MediaG3, Inc. Dr. Peterson holds an Associates Degree in Science & Engineering and a Ph.D. in Natural Philosophy from Golden State College now known as Stanford University.

Intellectual Property Rights
Technological advancements created at Wytec reside in various product areas and have reached different levels of maturity. The most mature category of Wytec’s technology developments are protected by U.S. patents. The other category of Wytec discoveries are less mature and are generally identified as Trade Secrets. Some of these Trade Secrets are believed to be patentable, but limitations in Wytec funding have prevented the formal submission of these discoveries to the United States Patent and Trademark Office for consideration. Various other useful discoveries may not be patentable, so are regarded as Wytec Trade Secrets because they are not known in the industry.

A business joint venture for the purposes of providing Internet products and services to meet needs in undeveloped, underdeveloped and rural areas. The joint venture begins with the companies combined 70 carrier grade microwave towers in 22 states, and a strategy to identify and develop assets where needed. Additionally, the Companies will maintain office space, staff, sales & marketing, call center, engineering, technical and customer support at a headquarters in San Francisco, California.
The Joint Venture will bring additional products, services and revenue streams into the Company. The Joint Venture includes developing additional products and services and a Telecom business suite of:

MeshGlobal, Inc., a newly formed entity to specialize in commercial, government and institutional deployment of wireless mesh communication networks, will fund and deploy the first model programs, using MediaG3's super-fast "next generation" wireless networks. MediaG3 will license its patented Local Multi-Point Distribution Systems (LMDS) and other proprietary technologies to MeshGlobal, to be used in these networks. These MeshGlobal projects will also be the first to use MediaG3's WiFiBridges technologies, which can move much larger amounts of data through multiple spectrums using MediaG3 technologies, and are a great primary or complimentary solution for small business, enterprise, neighborhood, community, metropolitan, campus, public and rural areas. We intend to invite mayors, education and public safety directors, businesses and other WISPs to come and experience these 'next generation' technologies to use, evaluate and consider for their customers, business and community needs.
MediaG3 has contracted with Aerius International, Inc. to sell smart and mobile phones equipped with Aerius revolutionary patented antennas in the US and worldwide. Aerius won the Frost & Sullivan 2009 Green Technology Award in Wireless Technologies based on the benefits Aerius equipped phones deliver including 2 to 4 more hours of battery life, increased handset range, while reducing the frequency of dropped calls over 60%. Frost & Sullivan also reported widespread deployment of Aerius equipped phones: "By allowing cellsites to work efficiently by using up to 50% less power, this (Aerius International) technology, when widely deployed, has the potential to reduce cell site CO2 emissions by up to 1.2 million tons per year just in the United States.
