Prospector Resources is focused on advancing the recently acquired Kalzas project in the Yukon and developing the Candamena Mining District in Mexico, both of which the Company has a right to earn a 100% interest, subject to regulatory approval. The Company's first steps towards advancing each project will be to complete a National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) on both the Kalzas and Candamena projects as soon as possible.
