Calling all IGNT Shareholders -

Gentlemen it looks as if we could have a big winner on our hands here.

Cheryl Fisher with the Texas based Emergo Group Inc. is scheduled to finalize ISO training on August 17, 2009. The International Standards Organization (ISO) required certification with manufacturers who sell products in designated countries outside the USA. Ingen is a licensed and FDA registered medical device manufacturer. ISO certification allows Ingen to market and sell the new Oxyview Nasal Cannula in China, Japan, Australia, Canada and Europe, with projected sales of $200M annually.

Does everyone on board believe this to be possible?? And wedge - do you have your 10,000 at 0.006 yet? Or did you buy a few more this time :)

Re: Calling all IGNT Shareholders -

The company expects the final ISO 13485 audit on February 3, 2010 to be performed

Here we are waiting for their results.

what will happen on this date? I guess all we can do now is hope for the best.

The other thing I have not heard anything more about the government contracts have you?

Re: Calling all IGNT Shareholders -

I would be cautiously optimistic with this stock.  I wouldn't pour a whole lot of money into it.  They have played a lot of games in the past with the shareholders and I'm not convinced they're done playing yet.  I really do hope we will see a buy back program in a few months, but they haven't been very forthcoming with the sales of their product.  As far as ISO certification goes, it was suppose to happen in December and now they are saying March, so what's the holdup?  I really do hope this stock takes off.  I would at least like to break even with my investment.  I think now is a good time to buy if you choose to buy, but I wouldn't sink that much funds into it because this stock is very risky and its easily manipulated by the market movers.  I have been watching this stock for almost a year now and I'm waiting on the next run up to unload what shares I have.  I would suggest that anyone else who has shares do the same.

Just to comment on this post some more....

When they pay off all 2.3 million in march and start the buy back program this stock will fly.   Also it looks like they will have another big day come next month when they get their ISO certification....  The big punch to the stock price could come soon!!!

Re: Calling all IGNT Shareholders -

So what do you folks feel about the buy back program that IGNT will due after they pay back the 2.3 million to shareholders?

Do you feel that this is just another attempt to provide short-term relief to the stock price or to get out from under excessive dilution?

I am feeling the just the opposite is taking place but what are your thoughts?

Re: Calling all IGNT Shareholders -Donald

Meanwhile I have an idea for the company to make promotion at Money TV with Donald Baillargeon.

It worked with many other stocks, it will for sure work with IGNT.

When the stock starts running up we will all have more optimism and it will help the company to accomplish the challenging plans...

Re: Calling all IGNT Shareholders -

Well, it's always kind of risk investing, especially in penny stocks though we all do that for money or fun....

Statistically I guess (counting on CEO projections) we will have an interesting year of 2010 before us in terms of possible (touch the wood) income surge and price increase.

Past (good) history is never a clue to the future, if the opposite is true (which I believe) we can have a good bumpy ride for the fortune.

God help the CEO, the company and us.

Re: Calling all IGNT Shareholders -

If you read some of the comments made by the CEO Sands, you will see where he is positioning the company toward a buyout. They have had a bad reputation in the past with several ticker changes and R/S, but he says there will be no more R/S, and claims the company will be profitable by the end of the first quarter in 2010, which is fairly soon. Some of their recent PR says that they are paying off debt. Everything sounds really good for them, but I remain cautiously optimistic. All of the good news for them has not been displayed in the pps, which has really fallen in the past few months. It doesn't make a lot of sense, but I suppose market movers has been one of the companies biggest problem. They say they want to get on the OTC board and I think that will be a good move for them and maybe they can get some real investors. I'm holding out long with the few shares that I have of this stock. I don't like to be too heavily invested in these sub-pennies because they are so easily manipulated.

Re: Calling all IGNT Shareholders -

Well anything is possible and it is difficult to know the real intensions that the board of directors may have. I have been working in the medical device field for the past 15 years. I look at IGNT product design and in my opinion is a good design that addresses customer’s needs. I spoke to various people I know that work in hospitals, all from different cities in USA to have better understanding of the respiratory market needs and Oxyview definitely addresses their needs plus brings other benefits including a reduction on standard cost. In overall these products have great potential and so far demonstrate good market acceptance. It is difficult to think that the company wants a buy-out when it can make more money in the long term. I guess will see.

Re: Calling all IGNT Shareholders -

I like you guys optimism, but if you're going to invest in INGEN then now would be a good time to buy.  I really don't see the stock going any lower.  I bought in over 6 months ago when it was higher.  The stock did manage to hit .015 a few months ago, but I don't see that happening at least for another 6 months or so.  If they get the ISO certification and manage to pay down some debt, without doing a reverse split, then I think we might see a winner.  Past history isn't good with this stock or CEO so be careful, but he claims to be profitable by the first quarter of 2010, so that's only a few months away.  He's trying to position this company to be bought out by a bigger company and he says that they have 3 offers as of right now, so I guess its really anybodies guess.  I think you can make money on this stock, but I believe the key is to get in and out.  If this were to hit 1 to 2 cents then that would be a good time to sell.

Re: Calling all IGNT Shareholders -

Can anyone share with me who their brokers are currenlty i am with scottrade?

I have had a chance to look into this company and drove by it in yucaipa california.  After receiving and reviewing the revisions it seems that the only thing that is holding them back are sales. We could be looking at $10 or $15 or more if they don't sell it at ten cents a share.   If they get the ISO and GSA done this month we all could be in for a very merry new year!!!
