33% increase in # of shares?

meo´s pp apparently is for another 50 million shares and 50 million warrants???also another posted that most of the proceeds have to be used in Canada not in TN,,,@ .10 a 100,000,000 increase is major dinheiro for insiders and jack for us whose average is above that,,,you all still think management is great???

imo they will need MAJOR production for us to see an increase in sp,,,300,000,000 shares??? OMG!!!

re aztec........ you just might be closer than you think, behind the scenes positioning or cash problems could account for a lot of what we are seeing.

re sunseeker...... a pp was talked about on the 'boards" monthes ago? stock boards or compamy boards? if you believe in mgmt then it was done for good reason and if you dont (conspiracy theory inserted here) you could think well maybe mgmt is trying to drive down the price from (example) 25 cents to 5 cents then do the pp and possibly gain control of a huge share of the company.then if you want to add to that take the proceeds and try and buy up a big chunk of aul s pp and own even more of the pie.the possibilities are truly endless as you see if you want to believe. what do you believe? if i thought that mgmt was a bunch of scoundrels i would be gone in a heartbeat. if you can findout who is buying the pp, if its sold out, if the warrants are bought etc a lot can be learned. if mgmt is buying most of the pp then big news is coming.jmho.

Sunseeker.....remember that in a partnership NR's related to the partners must be approved by all parties. If one or more of the parties drags up...for whatever reason, be it that they want to manuever into greater position or have trouble with providing funds or whatever the entire process is slowed or halted. That is FUNDAMENTAL business problem: carefull who you sleep with, they might have herpies....or something like that.
