Narrowstep adds new channels

Read Narrowstep's announcemnet today about their financial.  Included is news of new channels that they have added plus new channels to come.

Narrowstep's 1/4 financials for the period ending May 31/08 are available on Yahoo Financials under NRWS:OB or on Knobias. There was a drop in in revenue and a receivable problem. I see now why the price took a hit.

Sounds good, Spain winning should uplift all aspects of that soccer channel The end of august is not too far off

Thats very true I am not much of a soccer fan but it makes sense.

The shareholder conference? Is that the AGM?

Summer is the quiet time in the entertainment business. All the entertainment trade shows start in September. I am watching for the shareholder conference by Narrowstep. My first guess on the news was 90 days which would take us to the end of August. Spain is a big market for Narrowstep. Their new soccer channel in Spain and Spain winning the Euro Cup should be a big boost.

I'm still scratching my head wondering why the stock has been going down?

I think the merger is farther away than we may have first guessed. It's complex. Manusminto seems to understand this better. Thoughts manus?

The other interesting point in the financials was the statement that Narrowstep will hold an investor call to take questions from shareholders. The said it will take place in the next couple of weeks. Keep an eye out for it. It could prove to be interesting.
