Anybody else invested in Somatic Systems, Inc. It seems they are doing what they promised and retiring shares, now let's see if the stock price responds.

Re: SMAS retires 1 billion shares

Nice PR they are still revoked https://esos.state.nv.us/SOSServices/AnonymousAccess/CorpSearch/CorpDeta... Better check up and do some real DD before you get in too deep. I just sold not too long ago after 6 months of a GTC. The Pinksheets does not show any thing favorable when compared to the Nevada SOS http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=SMAS I would not have known and really do not care but someone from the past alerted me and I wanted to see how much I lost. Yes I do not have any shares at this time and don’t want any just an alert to those that wish to jump on this bandwagon. Maybe you will all get lucky and Nevada will update their information who knows. GLTA

Re: SMAS retires 1 billion shares

I don’t know what possible good news you could be talking about as I finally sold out after 6 months of a GTC and lost over ½ the investment. Hope it works out for you and again my apologies to everyone for even having trusted that jerk off CEO. Hope he at least registered his shares and paid his SOS maybe that will be a help or maybe he actually bought back the 6 billion shares he never mentioned to Nevada. Anyway GLTA.

Re: SMAS retires 1 billion shares

No apology needed. I only buy on my own due diligence. Good thing is that the stock ahsn't really dropped but the unanswered promises will leave them with disgruntled shareholders.

Re: SMAS retires 1 billion shares

I am at a loss for words about SMAS. Continued dilution and no increase in business. No contracts and no financials as promised. I thought the CEO was a good one and had a business plan that was plausible. I no longer have the confidence I once had. Make up your own mind. And you have my apologies if you bought because of any of my post.

Re: SMAS retires 1 billion shares

i agree with you----your right. some good news out today and the conf call was tonight. i think something will happen soon---maybe alot more people will jump on board to reduce the o/s

Re: SMAS retires 1 billion shares

I like the company but the only reason I think the stock price is down is because they haven't formed the right capital structure. There are so many shares outstanding making it very hard for the stock to get out of the trading range it has been in for the last 2 months.
