Natcore Technology - Shareholder Letter

Dear Don,

Natcore shares have enjoyed significant volume and appreciation recently.  We have  been asked if there is any news or announcement forthcoming that have caused this situation.  We continually explore and negotiate potential joint ventures as well as new customers.  We are currently optimizing the black silicon cells which will lead to the first black silicon solar panel.  We are also speaking with a few different companies testing variations of our process to see if they are applicable and can improve their manufacturing process.

All of this information has been released previously and is readily available on our website.

Perhaps the biggest reason for the activity, however, is that two very well respected and independent analysts have started covering Natcore, each having a very large following.  We are not able to direct you to these reports or their websites directly.  You can, however, find their names and contact information on our website under the Investor section subtitled “Analyst Coverage”.  I hope this anticipates some questions, but please feel free to contact us anytime.

Best Regards,

Charles R Provini

Re: Natcore Technology - Shareholder Letter

Thanks, thinker70, I agree with your comment, Everyone should do their own Due Diligence, I have been following this stock since PinnicleDigest introduced it, and own some shares. I believe Natcore will do great things but don't invest anymore than you can afford to lose.

Thanks Don

Re: Natcore Technology - Shareholder Letter

For those who are not aware, this stock has been highly touted by several major publishing houses (American) with teasers to try and obtain subscribers by hyping the heck out of available facts. While I agree this product shows great promise and may indeed become a barnburner, the fact remains it is still highly speculative until actual contracts are signed and the product proves itself in the field. The danger is that the "HYPE" may generate stock purchases that are far from actually supported by fundamentals, so I would take only a small position, adding to it only on company execution and PROOF of sales, or at least "buying on dips" which there will inevitably be as early investors take some profits. The share price is very likely to get ahead of fundamentals, so it will take patience and well timed purchases to show a profit, rarely does a speculative stock like this go straight up without substantial pullbacks. One to watch closely.
