PinnacleDigest.com and its affiliates own shares of Houston Lake Mining. We owned shares of Houston Lake Mining before our coverage began on the company. We have sold some shares in Houston Lake Mining after our advertisement coverage began on June 5, 2009, but maintain a stock position in the company. Natcore Technology: Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc., owner of PinnacleDigest.com, has been paid Canadian $76,500 plus gst by Natcore Technology Inc. to provide online marketing services for the company for 15 months. Online marketing services include, but are not limited to the creation and distribution of reports on the company. Pinnacle Digest and its affiliates  purchased 62,500 units of Natcore Technology at $0.40 through the Company's previously announced private placement (we have sold all of those shares ). Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one warrant ("Warrants") for the purchase of a further common share at $0.75 until August 31, 2011 (We have excercised all of our warrants). The Warrants will be subject to forcible conversion within 30 days of delivery of notice from Natcore, in the event the shares of Natcore close at over $1.50 for 20 consecutive trading days. Since our coverage began on Natcore Technology on October 23rd, 2009 we have bought shares in the company on the open market and sold shares for our own profit. We currently own shares in Natcore Technology. We may purchase more shares of Natcore Technology on the open market, without notice to our subscribers, and intend to sell every share we purchase for our own profit. Valdor Technology International: Valdor Technology International has paid Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc., owner of PinnacleDigest.com, Canadian $40,000 plus gst to provide online marketing services for the company. Online marketing services include but are not limited to the creation and distribution of reports written by PinnacleDigest.com featuring Valdor Technology. PinnacleDigest.com and its affiliates purchased one hundred twenty-five thousand common shares of Valdor Technology International through the company's private placement at $0.10 per Unit. The units were subject to a four month hold period but are now free trading. Each Unit is comprised of one common share of Valdor and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant allowed us to purchase one additional common share of Valdor at a price of $0.125 per share. We have excercised all of our warrants in Valdor Technology International at $0.125 and sold each one. We also sold every share we purchased at $0.10.  We may purchase more shares in Valdor Technology without notice to our subscribers. We participated in Valdor Technology's private placement at $0.25 and purchased 50,000 units which are now free trading. We have sold all of those shares. Each Unit consists of one common share of Valdor and one non-transferable two year share purchase warrant. Each warrant allows the holder thereof to purchase one further common share of Valdor at a price of $0.35 if exercised on or before December 1, 2011.We currently do not own shares in Valdor Technology International. Edge Resources Ltd.:  Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc., owner of PinnacleDigest.com, has been paid $40,000 Canadian dollars plus gst for advertisement coverage on Edge Resources Inc. We have been paid by a third party to the company, Strand Group Ltd. The advertisement coverage includes but is not limited to the creation and distribution of reports written by PinnacleDigest.com about Edge Resources. PinnacleDigest.com has bought and sold shares in Edge Resources before and after our advertisement coverage began on the company. We currently do not own any shares in the company but may purchase shares in the company on the open market without notice to our subscribers. Please remember, whenever we own shares in any featured company, we intend to sell every share we own for our own profit and may do so without notice to our subscribers. 

Teryl Resources: Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc., owner of PinnacleDigest.com, has been paid $40,000 Canadian dollars plus gst for advertisement coverage on Teryl Resources Corp. The company (Teryl Resources Corp.) has paid for this service. The service includes but is not limited to the creation and distribution of reports written by PinnacleDigest.com about Teryl Resources. PinnacleDigest.com and its affiliates bought shares in Teryl Resources after we released our first research report on Teryl Resources to our subscribers. Pinnacle Digest and its affiliates have now sold shares in Teryl Resources on the open market for our own profit. We currently do not own shares in Teryl Resources but we may purchase more shares in Teryl Resources without notice to our subscribers. Duran Ventures : Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc., owner of PinnacleDigest.com, has been paid Canadian $60,000 plus gst by Duran Ventures Inc. to provide online marketing services for the company from May 2009 through December 2010. Online marketing services include but are not limited to the creation and distribution of reports on the company. Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc.(Pinnacle Digest) and its affiliates purchased three hundred thousand common shares of Duran Ventures Inc. at $0.10 through the company's previously announced private placement (we have now sold those shares). Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc. (Pinnacle Digest) and its affiliates  purchased six hundred thousand shares of Duran Ventures through the company's private placement at $.05 ( we have sold those shares). Since our coverage began on Duran Ventures we have bought shares in the company on the open market. Since our coverage began on Duran Ventures we have sold shares in Duran Ventures (some were purchased on the open market) and intend to sell every share we may own in the future for our own profit. We may sell shares in Duran Ventures without notice to our subscribers. We may buy more shares in Duran Ventures without notice to our subscribers. We currently do not own shares in Duran Ventures. We also have the right to excercise six hundred thousand warrants at a price of $0.10 after December 26, 2009 (we have excercised all of these warrants and sold all of them). OneMove Technologies : Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc., owner of PinnacleDigest.com, has been paid $21,500 plus gst for online advertisment coverage on OneMove Technologies Inc. by the company. Online advertisement services include but are not limited to the creation and distribution of reports on the company. OneMove Technologies Inc. has agreed to pay PinnacleDigest.com a monthly retainer of $2500 plus gst for six months, ending July 2009. We have received 275,000 shares of OneMove Technologies (from the company) restricted until November 14, 2009, for consulting services(we have now sold those shares). We have been paid $5,000 by a third party to the company to advertise OneMove Technologies Inc. on our website. We currently do not own shares of OneMove Technologies. We may buy and sell more shares of OneMove Technologies without notice to our subscribers. 

Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines: Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc., owner of PinnacleDigest.com, has been compensated CDN$47,000 for online advertisement coverage on Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines Limited by the company. Since our coverage began on Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines we have bought and sold shares in the company on the open market. We currently own shares in the company. We may purchase more share in the company and intend to sell every share we own for our own profit. We may sell or buy more shares  in Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines without notice to our subscribers. 

Hi Ho Silver Resources: Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc., owner of PinnacleDigest.com, has been compensated CDN$56,000 for online advertisement coverage on Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. by the company. Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc. employees and affiliates have been compensated 100,000 common shares of Hi Ho Silver by the CEO of the company for additional advertisement coverage. We have purchased 1500 shares of Hi Ho Silver Resources on the open market at a price of $1.15. We have purchased an additional 6500 shares at $0.45. We have purchased an additional 1500 shares on the open market at a price of $0.59. We have purchased 1000 shares at $0.67. We have purchased 27,000 shares of Hi Ho Silver Resources through the company's private placement at a price of $0.55. each unit consists of one common share of the Company and one-half of one nontransferable share purchase warrant, whereby each whole warrant shall entitle the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.90 per share for a one year period following closing. We currently own shares of Hi Ho Silver. 

Premium Exploration: Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc., owner of PinnacleDigest.com, has been compensated $50,000 canadian dollars for online advertisment coverage on Premium Exploration Inc. by the company. We have bought 47,000 shares of Premium Exploration on the open market at an average price of $0.325. We have now sold 47,000 shares of Premium Exploration and do not own any shares in the company.  

Montello Resources: We have been compensated CDN$82,500 for 30 months of online advertisement coverage on Montello Resources Ltd. by the company. We will be advertising and writing and distributing reports on the company until June 2010. We no longer hold a stock position in Montello Resources as we have sold every share we own. We have the right to excercise 2,000,000 warrants at $.05. The warrants expire in February of 2010. 

Journey Resources Corp.: We have been compensated CDN$21,000 for advertisement coverage on Journey Resources Corp. by the company. 

BacTech Mining Corp: We have been compensated CDN$25,000 for advertisement coverage on BacTech Mining Corp by the company. Our employees and affiliates have bought 15,000 shares of BacTech Mining Corp. We have now sold 15,000 shares of BacTech Mining and no longer own any shares in the company. 

Prospector Consolidated Resources: Employees and affiliates of Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc. have purchased 29,000 shares of Prospector Consolidated Resources on the open market at an average price of $0.285. We have now sold our entire position. Maximus Strategic Consulting Inc., owner of PinnacleDigest.com, has been compensated CDN$60,000 for online advertisement coverage on Prospector Consolidated Resources by the company. 


Greater China Media & Entertainment Corp.: We have been compensated US$10,000 for advertisement coverage on Greater China Media & Entertainment Corp. by a third party to the company.
